fmc transport wins 2014 mota
fleet safety award
FMC Transport recently competed in the Annual
Missouri Fleet Safety Contest held by the Missouri Trucking Association.
These awards are determined by taking the amount of miles the
fleet traveled from Oct. 1, 2013 to Sept. 30, 2014, and the number
accidents in that time period to determine the accident frequency per
million miles. The Company
with the lowest frequency in the division they have enter is the plaque
winner. The Overall Fleet
Safety Winner is determined by who had the lowest overall accident
frequency per million miles.
On February 5th, 2015 FMC received a
plaque of recognition in the “Over 5 Million Miles Division" for
outstanding achievement in highway safety.
FMC also received the 2014 Overall Fleet Safety Award.
FMC traveled 5,194,835 miles in that time period
with no accidents.
